Remember & honor Those You Love During this holiday season of celebration and hope, Commonwealth Health Foundation offers you an opportunity through the Make the Season Bright program to: • Remember loved ones. Your contribution will make a difference this holiday season • A contribution of $10 or more will reserve a light on the Make the Season Bright tree. • Acknowledgement cards will be sent to those you honor. The individual's name for whom your donation is given will appear in a program printed for the event. • Commonwealth Health Corporation covers all overhead of Commonwealth Health Free Clinic, 100% of all contributions will go directly to patient care. Join us for an evening of carols, Lights and holiday joy. The Medical Center The Medical Center The Medical Center Each ceremony will begin at 5:30 p.m. with a short program followed by the lighting of the Make the Season Bright tree. Following the ceremony, join us for a festive celebration with refreshments and holiday music.
