Help us improve the health of our communities As the philanthropic arm of Commonwealth Health Corporation (CHC), Commonwealth Health Foundation helps to build relationships and partnerships across Southcentral Kentucky that will inspire charitable giving by individuals, foundations, corporations and organizations. These gifts help to support the mission of CHC to care for people and improve the quality of life in the communities we serve. The Commonwealth Health Free Clinic is a non-profit, walk in clinic licensed by the State of Kentucky. The Clinic's mission is to make low cost dental and free medical services possible for the uninsured in the communities we serve. With your help we can build a healthier future for the men, women and children in our area now and for future generations.
