Giving through Commonwealth Health Foundation has never been easier or more needed!
Employee giving is a powerful statement to our patients and the community that we believe in our mission
and are united in our commitment to help CHC improve the quality of life in the communities it serves.
Participation is the key! Every gift is important and when combined with other gifts,
the impact as a whole is significant. You can make your donation by payroll deduction or a one-time gift.
Whichever method you choose, please know that your support is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Who Will Benefit
You can designate your gift to support Commonwealth Health Free Clinic, Hospitality House or both.
What You'll Receive
All ECHO Donors
Your name will be placed in monthly drawings for prizes such as
free dinners for two, Rockstar tee shirts, mouse pads and more!
New Donors or One-time donations ($26 or greater) receive a complimentary magnet or lanyard.
Current ECHO donors who increase your pledge receive a complimentary Roxio calculator.
Current ECHO Hour Club or New Hour Club Donors receive a 16 ounce acrylic insulated cup with lid and straw.
Your name will also be placed in a drawing to receive a Rockstar tee shirt.
* Once completed, please forward the original to Commonwealth Health Foundation located in CHC offices.
Payroll deductions for new members or members who change their current pledge will begin with the next pay period.
